Sunday, July 5, 2009 at 12:06PM During my lengthy journalism career, I interviewed and worked with many famous people from actors to politicians and authors. A few of the photos of me with celebrities are pictured in this carousel, I formerly posted some of the "behind-the-scenes" stories on this page, but had to remove them because I used them in my latest book "Dream Reachers." The carousel photos are as follows: Me with Actors Clint Eastwood, Jane Russell, Tanya Tucker and Dale Robertson; U.S. Senator Ted Kennedy; the late Speaker of the House "Tip" O'Neill, and Director of the Mineta Transportation Institute at San Jose SU, Hon. Rod Diridon; and author John Lescroart. Others I met at various press events and book-signings are: Actors George Peppard, Ann Sothern (most popular role, TV's "Maizie"), Jim Davis (most popular role: Jock Ewing on TV's "Dallas") and Jo Morrow who made a big splash in Hollywood in 1960.

Oh, yes, it was fun meeting all those wonderful celebs during my career. Clint Eastwood left the biggest impression on me, but they are all very talented people who worked hard for their esteemed place in life. Thanks again.
